These terms apply to every order you place with us on this website. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
You can contact us by email at invigortex@gmail.com or via our Contact page.
Our products
We have done our best to show our products accurately. Packaging may vary slightly from the pictures, and colours can look different depending on your screen.
Please read and follow the directions and safety information on the pack and the product page before use. Our plant feeds and foliar sprays carry the instruction “Keep out of reach of children”.
Placing an order
- Add the products you want to your basket, go to the checkout and enter your details.
- Check your order carefully before you submit it. You can correct any mistakes before you place your order.
- When you place your order, we will email you to acknowledge it. This does not mean we have accepted your order.
- We accept your order when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched. That is when the contract between you and us is formed.
Sometimes we may not be able to accept an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if there is an obvious error in the price or description. If that happens, we will let you know and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you pay is the price shown at the checkout when you place your order. Delivery is free on all orders, so there is nothing extra to pay for delivery.
We take payment when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe, and the ways you can pay are shown at the checkout.
If we find an obvious error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We may change our prices from time to time, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.
Delivery
Delivery is free on all orders to addresses in the UK mainland. Order by 3pm for next day delivery. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
Unless we agree a different time with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed. If something outside our control delays your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
The products are your responsibility once they have been delivered to you or to someone you have nominated. You own the products once we have received payment in full.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.
- The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, it ends 14 days after the day you receive the last item.
- To cancel, tell us by email at invigortex@gmail.com or via our Contact page, giving your name, order number and the items you want to cancel. You can do this before or after your order arrives.
- You must then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Please contact us first for return instructions.
- Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you will need to pay the cost of returning them.
- You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check them. If they have been used or handled more than that, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you showing us you have sent them back, if that is earlier. If we have not yet sent the goods, we will refund you within 14 days of you telling us you are cancelling. We will refund you using the payment method you used, and we will not charge a fee.
Faulty or incorrect goods
The goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- if your goods are faulty or not as described, you can reject them and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery
- instead, or after 30 days, you can ask us to repair or replace them; if that is not possible or does not fix the problem, you are entitled to a refund or a price reduction
- if a fault appears within six months of delivery, it is presumed to have been there at delivery unless we can show otherwise
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us by email at invigortex@gmail.com or via our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number and, if you can, a photo of the problem. We will pay reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. For more information about your rights, contact Citizens Advice.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
Our products are for domestic and private use. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel your order and get a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Your personal information
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you place it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings about your order in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
